Welcome to The Seven Rays Ranch! Located only 35 minutes from the heart of Nashville, our farm offers you the peace and quiet that every vacation needs! Once the farm of Florida Georgia Line’s, Tyler Hubbard, The Seven Rays Ranch has 50 beautiful acres for you and your family to relax and take in Tennessee’s beauty. You will be met by the farm’s resident greeters, 15 year old donkeys, Sundance and Blossom as you pull in for your stay. Feel free to walk the grounds and take in the fresh air as you visit the donkeys, ponies, and beautiful Texas Longhorns.

Our executive guest house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Jenn Air appliances and all small appliances for you to cook as much or as little as your family desires. Free Wi-Fi of course is included, as well as 3 smart TVs are available for streaming your favorite shows. Washer and dryer are available in the spacious laundry room. The office has a great desk and space for any work you might bring along. Our bonus room offers a large TV, boardgames, and comfortable seating for everyone. Bring the whole family because there is plenty of room for you to spread out!

We are located 10 minutes from I 65, 40 minutes from Nashville International airport (BNA), and conveniently located near the city of White House, TN. Kroger and many eateries are only 7 minutes away!

Serene Getaway

The property was absolutely fantastic. Is was quiet and secluded and genuinely felt like a home away from home. We had an opportunity to catch a little 4th of July fireworks show from the driveway as well. The property owners are amazing, responsive and thoughtful. If we get a chance, we will be back.

Perfect Country Estate

2nd time staying here - perfect location for us, and the surrounding area is just magnificent and beautiful. We really enjoy seeing the STEER and donkeys, oh and of course ROSIE the barn cat - very friendly by the way. Rebecca and Chad are super great about tending to any questions or concerns that we had on our stay. We look forward to staying again soon.

Amazing property even more beautiful than described

The stay was amazing! Property clean had the best most peaceful views. This house is beautiful inside and immaculate. The animals were so relaxing to watch. Chad was great met us when we arrived which was a bit late due to traffic. Any questions we had were answered quickly and properly. We had a very hard time leaving this property. We definitely plan to stay again in the future for visits to Nashville area. I highly recommend!

Everything was so lovely! The property was simply beautiful! The house was so very welcoming!!

The instant we walked into the house if felt like home! It was so cozy warm and it smelt so good in the house! It exceeded my expectations! I fell in love with the animals. We couldn’t wait to wake up and sit outside and watch them! There was plenty of space for everyone to sit in the living room and play games and watch movies! It was exactly what our family needed!

Perfect Farm Stay!

We chose this property because of the proximity of family close by. Little did we know how much we would enjoy it. Rebecca was available with any needs and did a thorough job explaining all that they had to offer on the land. Having the animals right beyond the fence in the backyard made our 4 and 2 year old excited to wake up every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already working on a schedule of when we can come back!

Fantastic, beautiful property!

Peaceful Retreat

We had an amazing time staying here. Everything was clean and all necessities were readily available. The owners were extremely responsive and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We visited the animals every morning and evening, relaxed on the porches, watched our children run all over, and slept soundly each night in cozy beds. We will absolutely be back!
