Clean but no water pressure
The hotel was new and clean. Unfortunately it was almost impossible to take a shower due to no water pressure. Complained about this the first day, but it didn’t get fixed and we weren't offered any other solution.

Check in staff for breakfast was passive aggressive and outright stupid. He could not find my breakfast payment in computer. I was afsked to step aside so que of waiting paying visitors could Enter. He afsked me to confirm that my name was so-called Henrik. I shall not return to this hotel. When i described the incident at check out desk one hour later, the Girl did not pay attention - AT ALL.

The sink in the bathroom is leaking, and the floor is covered in water. The front desk staff said they couldn't change my room and gave me two towels to put on the floor to absorb the water. Throughout the process, they were very uncooperative, constantly rolling their eyes at me.

Very convenient for heading out on the cruise ship. It is easy to use the Metro from the airport and the 25 bus to the ocean cruise port.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel - comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and super friendly. It was easy to get to as it is near to a metro station. There isn’t much shops close by - nearest shops and restaurants are about 15 mins walk away.

Excellent hotel, my second stay this year - both times it was to stay for vacation and both times it was a satisfactory experience. Rooms are very quiet (sound proofed) and you can relax after a day in the city. Check-in and check-out has always been quick, my second stay I arrived over the weekend and Comwell representative at the front desk was kind enough to recommend a great bakery to check out because I had opted out of breakfast (I've become fond of schedule-less vacations where I might go for late breakfast or skip straight to lunch). They also changed the room cleaning to, in my opinion, a much more efficient room "cleanup at request" where you scan a QR code on the mirror in the bathroom (much better than hanging, or rather forgetting to hang the sign on the door). I can definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet stay with a convenient location. By the way, the metro M4 line currently ends (construction works under way to extend the line in the future) here as well as the harbor bus ferry line - Metro gets you to the city in around 20min, the ferry offers a more scenic and relaxed 40min ride along the Copenhagen waterfront with convenient stops along the way.
