Lovely hotel - a bit of a walk from the main area of Copenhagen and no bars or restaurants in the immediate vacinity. Comfy bed, nice room and would recommend.

The room was mostly clean except the sink smelled extremely foul when the water was running. Don't love the frosted glass bathroom door with the toilet right behind, more privacy would be nice. There was a pull down screen to block the bathroom area from the rest of the room but it didn't work. The town warmer in the bathroom didn't work. And our tv didn't work but someone came and switched it the remote. The tv worked after that but the signal was patchy and would go in and out. Over all a decent stay but was hoping that some of the things in the room would be checked ahead of time.

Tivoli hotellet er absolut anbefalelsesværdigt. Vi blev opgraderet til den mest fantastiske suite. Det var en rigtig godt oplevelse. Det eneste, vi kunne sætte en finger på er at særligt receptionpersonelet vare mere professionelt end imødekommende og venligt. Og så er elevator kapaciteten alt for lille med ringe mulighed for at tage trappen i stedet for. Vi vender uden tvivl tilbage snart igen.

Frosted bathroom glass door - not a fan!
The hotel was nice enough, I don't want to sound like a snob, but having to request to get your room cleaned the day before seems a bit much. We didn't notice the card stating this until returning to our room at the end of the day and our floor towel was still soaked, beds unmade etc. Also not a fan of the frosted glass bathroom doors. Been married for 30 years but still don't need to see the silhouette of my hubs using the bathroom! Breakfast was great - especially the omelets!

We had an exceptional stay at the Tivoli hotel. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and the facilities were all clean and in good order. It’s the perfect base for walking to Tivoli Gardens and the rest of Copenhagen. The decor reflects the magic of the park throughout and the room has everything you could need for an extra comfortable stay. They even have a pillow menu! Special mentions to Susan who checked us in with a little treat and Marita and Stanley who helped solve a wet clothes crisis after checkout. We can’t wait to come back!

The Tivoli Hotel was on do the highlights of our stay in Copenhagen. The rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent and it is within talking distance to a large mall. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were also great amenities.
