Great Hotel close to Shopping and Tivoli
Good location - close to Central train station, Tivoli, and Stroget. Wonderful breakfast buffet with variety of hot foods and delicious bread. Room was nice sized but was a little chilly. Room service is only on request.

It was excellent for central location to transport in Copenhagen. I believe it was behind the times in updating. For such an enormous hotel presence, I would have thought an airport shuttle would've been available. The staff was very helpful.

Nice room. Good shower. There was some loud noises at night which I think was the movie theater next door. Like someone was watching a movie with the volume turned up all the way. You could hear the clock chime until midnight. Breakfast was great.

The Scandic Palace is in a great location, next to City Hall and within easy walking distance of many of the sights of Copenhagen. It is a beautiful old building and the size of the rooms reflects this. The room was comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the views over the square and Tivoli Gardens. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The main downside was the thin walls between rooms - we could hear our neighbours on both sides - but the positives of the hotel far outweigh the negative.

The room was amazing! They have the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had with a focus on sustainability. Was the perfect place to get ready for our city hall wedding. Was right in the center of everything!

We checked in. Entered the room. The room was dirty. It’s smelled filthy and there was no way we were going to stay there. We checked out and went to stay at another hotel. I will be contacting Expedia for an expedient refund.

It's an amazing historical building in a very central location that can reach many historical and tourist locations by walking, Metro, train or bike. The building exterior makes for a great picturesque backdrop that matches the nearby City Hall. The room itself is rather small, bathroom sliding doors are glass that don't offer privacy and the sink was extra small. Breakfast was good. Overall, it is overpriced for the amenities but you'd be paying for location and historical value.

This hotel was excellent all around and the location was ideal for practicality (close to Main Train Station) and for walking to numerous tourist sites. One minor problem was that outlets for electronic devices were limited and situated in odd places (closet, next to front door). There were convenient outlets in bathroom and work desk. Otherwise, the hitel was great and we recommend it with enthusiasm.

Best location!
It was the most ideal location--could walk to museums, Rosenborg Castle, & Botanical Gardens ( or easy metro located in plaza across street). Was across street from Tivoli Gardens, & near variety of restaurants. Easy metro to convention ctr ( which has nothing near it so don't stay there). Staff very helpful re: directions, things to do. Good breakfast buffet. Wonderful pillows. Had to request house cleaning daily --that is why not 5 star there. Plaza in front often had musicians/dancing. Very fun.
