I felt safe, but this is a very cookie cutter room with super small bathroom, combined shower and toilet space, and no fridge. It was clean and pretty quiet.

Staff very friendly and very helpful. the waiting and lunge area was clean. Outside area pretty dirty, maybe just the season wasn't right, maybe if it was spring or summer it'd be cleaner.I'd book with them again.

I wanted a few extra pillows to help with my back and the property refused. The rooms are very VERY small. You cannot tell just how small in pictures. The bathroom is combined space for toilet and shower which means you can get whole bathroom floor wet. Very annoying

This property was a 20 min walk from the main Cophenhaghen Central station. Although the map showed it much close by. The room was very cramped although i got an upgrade. But i guess it was ok for the price. Dont have much expectations

Stinky, dirty and loud
I would strongly advise you to look at other budget hotel options on Copenhagen. Problems with the drainage system lead to terribly stinky bathrooms. Problems with sound-proofing combined with long term residents having loud parties lead to poor sleep. Problems with the fire alarm system lead to regular fire alarms and evacuations in the middle of the night. Furthermore, for such a new hotel it is surprisingly tatty as well as dirty.

The location was good. The room service had to be booked everyday by 9.00pm for the following day. Bed linen is changed every 4th day and room service did not include the beds being made.

The rooms were tiny and bathroom floods as its a wet room style. Beds were comfortable and wifi was strong. Unsure on heating ad couldnt work it out. But rooms were comfortable and warm. Lifts a nightmare as too many guests in the building.
