If you’d like something other than a cookie-cutter modern motel for a stay in Chico, this is your place. Great downtown location, close to Chico State campus, wonderful historical building with furnishings to match.

Wonderful stay. Very charming hotel in center of Chico.. lovely appointments with all the modern amenities. Delicious food for brunch and fantastic bar and apps. We don't have dinner here but it all looked delicious. The staff from checkin - bar and restaurant could not have been more friendly and service oriented. Would stay here again.
