Head to Lower level Exit 2A to catch the hotel shuttle and.call the hotel front desk. The shuttle was there within 10 minutes. The hotel in my sound proofed, so no of airplane noise really bothers you…. Overall, solid hotel, nothing special, but nothing bad and the shuttle service was better than average.

Clean and resourceful room. The room gave the feeling of a studio with the small living and kitchen. The bathroom and bedroom have doors that allows privacy. Shuttle transportation and front desk receptionist were friendly and welcoming.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was nice, spacious, and tidy. It was suitable for a one night stay for a work trip. However, the property itself just needs some more work especially brighter lighting. the current lighting makes the property look outdated and a bit dingy.

Don’t do it, pay more and go elsewhere.
Room smelled, bedding was stained, pillows were flat, shower was broken, a/c switch didn’t work stayed 74 degrees and dish-ware stunk. Only good thing about my stay was the front desk lady.

This is a great place that I will definitely be visiting again. I always try to find a hotel with a kitchen so that I can have something to eat after the concert late at night when most restaurants are closed. I have only one hotel in all the cities that I book every time there is a show and for Chicago, this is it. Since it is far from downtown, if you have a lot of activities downtown it might not be the best choice but if you are in the area of the airport and whole purpose of visit is to go to Allstate Arena,, you won't go wrong.

This is not a 4 star, but if you are looking for convenience this is the spot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We will definitely stay here again

Great option for early flights.
Generous space, clean environment, and comfortable. The ladies working check-in were delightful. Some guest were walking the halls with their phone music playing all night. That was not the hoyel's fault however.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite at the Sonesta Simply Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport. My flight was postponed by a day so I was simply looking for a place to stay for about 18 hours until my next flight. The room had a lot of features that would have been handy for a long stay, including a kitchen with a dishwasher and a large frige with an icemaker. There was a huge desk that doubled as a table for the kitchen. There was a somewhat-comfortable sofa and a pretty comfortable recliner in the living room, along with a tv that was adequate but just got basic cable channels. It was fine. I watched a lot of Shark Tank. The bed was comforable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. The linens were clean and there were plenty of towels. The living room furniture was all somewhat run-down, but it was comfortable enough. In the morning, I just went downstairs (at 4:30) and they immediately called their shuttle. I arrived in plenty of time for my flight. All in all, it was a decent place to stay and I would stay there again if I needed a last-minute place.
