The location is perfect. We walked to our theatre. But our room: the bathroom door did not close, only one hook for our clothes! The heating makes a constant enormous noise, the paint is peeling off. The blind was broken and it took several calls to have it fixed. On the positive side the staff is very nice and helpful.

Liked the location, but the street noise was horrible. Room service was fair, they seemed annoyed when I asked for fresh towels , instead of cleaning entire room. Also was hoping to be able to go to the rooftop where the sign is , but closed down for renovations. Door men were very nice.

Staff were great. Place was lovely. Junior suite was perfect and we would have given it a 5 star rating however: I couldn’t reach the closet rails ( I’m 5’2) to hang up my clothes as the rails were so high so I had to rely on my husband to get my clothes up and down. I couldn’t reach the hooks on the back of the bathroom door as they were positioned too high. The shower was very confusing to operate. The garbage bins were too small. ( there are no restaurants on site so you have to get coffee cups/ food etc).. so in one morning alone the garbage bins are spilling over. It was very hard to get ready with no mirror in the bedroom. ( women need a vanity area… outside of the bathroom so as not to have their hair get all steamed up and also using steamy mirrors for make up is impossible!). And we like to sit. Key cards had to be re programmed all the time as they get deprogrammed if you go into shops or through security areas. ( as tourists this is a daily occurrence ). Hope this hotel does take these little details into consideration as they are very annoying when you are away from home. But we’d also like to say that we were very grateful for the upgrade. Thank you.
