We were a little dissappointed with the condition of the hotel room, kind of worn out, lamp broken, tv channels would not load, not as clean as we would have liked, bathroom extremely small and no space to put toiletries down. Bed was comfortable, very convient location

Hotel rooms need to be renovated.
The floors and room were dark and dingy. The AC wasn't working. The TV was small. We really couldn't wait to leave and go home

Very happy with my stay. Across the street from Lincoln Center. Staff was very nice. I was surprised they had no coffee in room or in lobby. I understand Starbucks is everywhere and a block from the hotel but coffee in the room or at least the lobby in the morning is expected. Otherwise I was happy with my stay and based on location would stay there again.

We were more excited about the property and had hoped for more. The lobby gives you 5 star and is amazing. The rooms just need to be updated. Our room AC did work though, and we had 2 king corner suite rooms. But, they just appeared old and it didn’t live up to the amount paid. It was still pleasant and the staff were very accommodating, nice, friendly and helpful.
