This property is the perfect location. Right near the Magnificent Mile, The bean, and so many amazing restaurants.

We had a great view of the riverwalk from the 37th floor. The only negative thing is, our room was right next to the elevator and we heard noise all the time, room 3716 to be exact. The only thing that help me sleep was my fan, had to turn it on high to kinda drown out that noise, sometimes it didn’t work! Other than that everything was excellent. Location was great we could walk to almost all attractions, and a wide variety of restaurants, shopping plazas was close. We even found Bally casino. I would definitely stay here again but not near the elevator!

The hotel was in a very convenient location. We stayed in the Queen; River View and it was stunning. The only cons we had was the parking was $75.00 a night plus a $32.00 destination fee per night. Also, there was a knocking noise coming from the bathroom the entire stay. That was extremely annoying.

The location is fantastic and the staff very friendly. We were able to upgrade to a Junior Suite for a slight upcharge and the extra room was perfect for our visit. We really enjoyed staying at the Royal Sonesta.

Great location, friendly staff. Biggest complaint is the high top table in the room only had ONE chair. Asked for a second chair but never received one. Can’t do room service or sit together and enjoy wine and the view.

We had stayed at the Royal Sonesta Hotel for fall break, 3 nights. We chose the river view and it did not disappoint! The view from our room was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and the men who helped unload and load our luggage were very pleasant. Housekeeping was also very sweet and discreet with our belongings. The hotel is super close to Michigan Ave. amongst other places. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
