Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was dirty. Someone spilled something in it that smelled pretty bad. It was in there in the am as well when we left. People were yelling and running up and down the hallway at 3:30 am. Other than that it was fine

A quick stay to start our vacation!
When arriving we were greeted by Ray at the front desk. He welcomed us and was wonderful! He asked a few questions and answered all our questions! We were so happy to hear we could park and ride to the airport for a very reasonable price! It turned out to be very helpful. It was a great benefit to our trip! The room was very nice and comfortable.

The pool looked amazing. I appreciated the parking but was disappointed internet access was an extra charge. The front desk was very good too.

We were in Chicago overnight due to a cancelled flight. We booked last minute, hopped on the shuttle to the hotel. Had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and then went to bed. Everything was comfortable and quiet for the night. We took the free shuttle back to the airport. Great serive for weary travelers
