The bed is comfortable. I love the bathtub. You can actually take a bath because it’s soft porcelain. The staff is always very nice and the restaurant is very good in the upstairs is fun. I like park for free because I cross the grass and park on the side of the zoo. My car is always under lighting and very safe.

This is a mid range hotel but the location is phenomenal. Right across from Lincoln Park, the view from the rooftop is beautiful. You don't stay here for luxury but it's a nice hotel that is dog friendly and close to the park and lakefront.

This is an old hotel. The HVAC system is a wall unit that was very noisy. The room was very tiny & there are not enough elevators. Location is the only positive.

Run! Dont stay here.
Was so excited to stay here. In chicago often. Never stayed in lincoln park. $400 nightly rate for Sunday. No fridge. Had to chase housekeeper to get couple paper cups. AC is window units. Absolutely nothing complimentary . Thought will take bath. Omg, tub completely chipping! No way was that cleaned recently. Hope i can share photos. Lead chipped paint? Customer service was combative. Even after hotel asked for rating. Same person contacted me They are still combative to personal cell. Crazy. Bed uncomfortable. Small window of lake had amazing view. I tried to make right with hotel, but $410 room, $70 for parking, no drinking water/ fridge/leadfree chipped tub. Somethings.. you kind of e c oect in chicago at this price point. Seriously, $500 total for a sunday? Stay in Gary instead of here if chicago is booked. Hoping i can share photos/video. Had more amenities at motel 6 on highway. Rooftop bar service,- outstanding Cute Coffee bar in lobby
