I didn’t like that I wasn’t told I had to let front desk know if I wanted housekeeping. Other than that all was good. The cost of parking $63 is too expensive for an uncovered lot.

Amazing Staff and perfect location
Check in was a breeze and they let us swap rooms to a corner room that had the most spectacular view. This was amazing and all of the staff there were incredible and amazing. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Chicago in the future.

The staff made our stay AMAZING. Accommodated an early check in when we arrived and a late checkout on leaving. These things made a big difference. The room was lovely and clean and quiet. A perfect stay. But cannot speak highly vouch about the friendly, professional staff.

I just love it from the beginning to the end the customer service was excellent The room was to die for 2 bathroom 1 tub and even a shower what else can you want so far this was one of the best hotel i have stay at so far and yes i would very much stay at a hilton again oh i forgot to mention we even got to drinks for free ya

my stay here was horrible. I called for housekeeping to come clean my room. They told me to clean myself. I will never stay here again. The only person that was nice. Was the guy at the front desk from Check In that’s it everyone else was rude.
