It is too expensive for a transit hotel in which people are coming and going for minimal hours. O’Hare needs this to be a more basic hotel at a better price.

Heater was Broken- Poor Lighting- Towels are cheap. It felt like staying at a motel. The only reason they are in business is the location. In the airport, very close to term 3 and I would stay again only because of this. But other Hiltons at other airports I have stayed at (Several) Are great so only if I need to go to chicago for a layover I would stay but I would not attempt to fly to chicago period if possible.

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. 2 min walk to airport. Hotel is out dated but comfortable enough for a 1 night stay, I wouldn’t wanna stay here multiple nights. Restaurant had friendly staff, the drinks and food were great

By staying at the Hilton on the airport property the night before an early flight, we were able to relax, have a good meal and spend a stress free airport experience. This morning , we walked through the tunnel connecting the airport and the hotel. The rain today is no problem, we are totally dry and the walk is only about 5 minutes. We enter the airport near the kiosks to check-in and are only another short walk through security and to the gates. This is a pretty easy way to navigate a huge airport stress free.

The room was fine, comfortable and clean. Tried to have food delivered from nearby restaurants in Risemont but they refused to deliver because of airport traffic. So we went with the hotel restaurant, Andiamo, had a terrible meal terrible service and charged a ridiculous amount of money for the experience.
