So the ceiling was leaking in the lobby, there was only one large bucket collecting fluid, but there were several spots were the ceiling was dripping fluid. I say fluid, because you couldn't tell if it was a leaking pipe or water that was causing the moisture. The ceiling tile was grossly discolored, suggesting either rust or urine/stool. The problem was that this dripping was occurring right next to the gift shop in the lobby. So imagine being dressed up in your finest suit, only to have some unknown fluid drip onto your head, clothes, and shoes. Realizing that there is a puddle of fluid on the floor and that nobody seems to care about it, really makes you feel like there's lots of room for improvement.
