Carpets old, stained and worn. Breakfast not til 7, that’s late. Coffee was nice in the lobby. Everyone friendly. Pillows uncomfortable, Stairwell was scary and unfinished. No locks for the stairs from the outside. Didn’t like that after dark. Towel quality was great, soft and fluffy. Room was clean, just dark and dated.

I was ok to stay for the night because the room furniture was immaculate. I could tell they take care to clean very well. The hotel in general could use some love, with a face lift and removing carpet would do them better justice than what they have now.

My first room in the property had a broken toilet so the first night we couldn’t get the toilet to flush. We moved rooms and the beds were smaller & the AC wasn’t as good as the first room. We also saw a roach crawling into the walls. The staff was absolutely amazing though.

The business center was good. I had poor internet in my room so I spent about 6-8hrs in the business center. The front desk person was condescending to me regarding internet. She could not understand WiFi vs Internet. She logged me in the internet at the lobby secured of course but did not understand that my room was on the 7th floor. Clear lack of understanding how things work. Over all the room was good. staff was also good. just this one person was not in her area of expertise.

There was a wedding reception the 4th night of our stay. The noise was very loud - 69 decibels! The reception went till 1am and we had an early flight home. Management were unable to help us - we were on the 2nd floor and every room was occupied. Please don’t hold a reception again. It makes for a miserable nights sleep for guests.

There was a wedding reception from 7pm to 1:10am the last night we were there. We were on the 2nd floor, right above the DJ and music. The noise was so loud! 69 decibels on one reading. We could not sleep with it. We had an early flight the next morning. I talked with the manager and he said there was nothing they could do. My husband also talked to them. Every room was booked so they could not move us upstairs. And since we booked through a third party (Expedia), they couldn’t do any refund. The noise and music did not stop till 1:10am. We were told the first time we talked to them (about 9:30) the party would end at ‘midnight. A little after midnight, I called the front desk and was told the party was actually ending at 1 am. It is very inconsiderate to book guests above a ballroom when there is a party with loud music scheduled when people are trying to sleep in a hotel. The bass and microphone/music shook our room.

The bed was not comfortable, and the pull-out couch-bed was so bad that my daughter could not lie down without feeling every wire. We chose this hotel based off its previous reviews, shuttle service, and free breakfast. All three fell short of mediocre. I would have spent a bit more money for another hotel that would provide a decent bed, reliable shuttle service, and a hot variety breakfast. If the property couldn't provide these to a decent standard, they shouldn't advertise as such. Will not stay again.

We loved the room, the front desk staff, and Uno Pizzeria. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only thing we didn't like was to get hold of the hotel staff who could facilitate the airport transfer. We practically waited for about 45 min before we could get hold of the hotel staff for sending us the ride. The hotel staff tried to make for it by giving a free pizza coupon, but that wasn't adequate though.

We stay here yearly for a tournament we are in town for. Always have a great stay. Rooms are clean and modernized. Breakfast is complimentary and good. Multiple nearby food options. Shuttle service we always take to casino. Staff is always great! Will stay here whenever we are in town!

Comfy bed but extremely noisy.
Great comfy bed and good sized room but carpets are rather dirty in the hallways. Too much noise in the room from buzzing sound from bathroom and that's with wearing earplugs. I did mention it to reception and to be fair, someone was up within minutes, however, he didn't know how to fix the problem. Breakfast is very limited for vegetarians and pretty much non existant for vegans. I had about 15 hours interrupted sleep in 4 nights due to noise from buzzing sound and probably other rooms air conditioning but last night was worse thanks to Chasers bar opposite the hotel with bouncing music until way after 2am. Not the hotels fault but with so little sleep in 4 nights, it totally ruined my stay. Staff are friendly though.
