Summary:
This welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bath garden level apartment offers visitors convenient access to all the city has to offer. Housed in a historic Charleston single home built in the late 1800s, the apartment is steps from the city’s best shops and restaurants and is easily walkable to MUSC and the College of Charleston.

The Space:
The apartment recently underwent a full renovation, completed in spring 2017. Measuring just under 800 square feet, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms each featuring premium bedding and its own full bathroom with shower. Thoughtful care has been put into crafting a clean and efficient space that offers all of the amenities of a boutique hotel (bath products, high-end towels and linens, hair dryers, iron, wi-fi, premium TV channels, etc.) with the added convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen, washer/dryer, and a classic Charleston single-style porch for enjoying the nearly year-round comfortable temperatures Charleston offers its visitors. An outdoor sitting area on the porch offers visitors another space to spread out and enjoy the fresh air.

One complimentary parking space conveniently located directly across the street. Additional parking available at $20/day.

The Neighborhood:
Cannonborough-Elliotborough is a super hip, historic and vibrant neighbhorhood right next to Upper King Street. It has a great mix of residential and commercial spaces such as restaurants, boutiques and more. The location is both quiet and only a 5 minute walk to Upper King.

Getting Around:
Most people walk or uber, although some rent bikes or take a pedicab. It's a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach.

Other Things to Note:
The space is ideal during the age of COVID. There are no shared spaces or surfaces and the unit has its own private entrance.

We are a family owned and operated business and care very much for our guests experience. We are available to help with recommendations and planning.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to greet guests to make the check in easier, provide directions on parking, etc., but we can also leave a key, if guests prefer. Our office is across the street and we are available as needed.

Wonderful long weekend
Beautifully renovated basement apartment. The extra touches like a Brita pitcher full of cool water in the fridge and coffee grounds, sugars, and creamers ready for the morning were much appreciated! Location is perfect - we walked more often than ubering, but ubers found us easily. Highly recommend.

Quaint Rental in Perfect Location
Rental is in the downstairs of a historic Charleston home that has been renovated and has lots of charm. It is in a perfect location back off the street which was very quiet. In walking distance to King Street and easy access to the free bus that travels to the Marketplace area. Lots of wonderful shops and restaurants close by.

Perfect Charleston visit
We knew that we wanted to be within walking distance to everything, and this house was perfect! It was beautifully renovated and decorated. The towels and beds were luxurious! It was truly a wonderful place to stay!

Last trip before college
We were very pleased with the property and the area it was in. We had a couple of items, like an alarm that started going off at 5am, but the response to fix it was swift. and not knowing that one shower was opposite of normal for hot and cold water but overall it was a pleasant place to stay and the staff was sonderful and helpful.
