Bumpy, but still great!
Check in was seamless and quick. Very friendly staff. The grounds are cute, the pool is beautiful, and there is a fun area for cornhole and other games. The restaurant food was above expectations. Unfortunately, our room neighbors threw a party in the middle of the night and things got pretty rowdy. It was awful. I called down to the front desk, and requested a room change. It was really inconvenient because I had to move my 10 year old daughter at 1:30am. We slept horribly because of the party and then our adrenaline was high. I was really impressed by the hotel's willingness to help us. It could have been a much worse experience given the horrible neighbors.

As every parent knows, traveling with young children isn’t easy. Finding a reliable place to stay with child-friendly amenities is among the most significant obstacles. This hotel did everything it could to provide a safe environment and keep the kids occupied. In addition, they offered excellent breakfast free of charge. We spent one day in Lego land, on a nearby beach, and at Safari Park. My 6-year-old and I had a blast for 3 days and the best Thanksgiving holiday!! Many modern healthy eating places are 3 minutes away.

The address was very difficult to find on Google Maps and my car’s SatNav system Great price, great location for a visit to LegoLand. Amenities seemed geared to families. Our first floor room was nothing special. Two undersized Queen beds, tile floor, vaulted ceiling, nice TV setup, a couple of chairs and a mini-fridge. Three bath towels left for 4 person reservation. Toilet stopped up during our stay. Air conditioning cycled from too cold to too hot all night. For a newer property unit seemed like there was a lot of broken concrete outside. Lobby interior was nice and the outside play areas/pool were great for kids.

Nothing exceptional
Strike 1: No EV charging available. Strike 2: $18.00 for a bland breakfast buffet. Strike 3: Fire alarm at 4:30 am! Wife and I stood in cold parking lot for 20 minutes with no direction, explanation or apology.
