While the property and staff were great, the soccer team on site made the stay miserable. From blocking entrances, running up and down hallways, dribbling balls until midnight, and taking over common areas we were more than disappointed with our stay. While I know staff has little control over who stays, I feel they could have done more to enforce quiet hours, the running around late at night, and especially the dribbling of the balls in top floor rooms. Two calls to the front office and nothing improved.

We always enjoy staying here and this two night stay was no exception. A great hotel with nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is far better than the usual hotel standard and the staff here are really friendly. Shame we couldn’t give a perfect score as the lock failed on our first room so we had to change, and then upon arrival in the second room, the fridge had not been emptied and there was rotting food in an old take out box.

Overall good place. Slept well on the bed. Did not hear any other noises thru the walls. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and fresh made food. Only complaint is parking. Not enough spaces for all the rooms. If its late you may have to park further away from the hotel.

I was very happy with our stay here everything met our expectations the room was very clean and the breakfast options they had were great. Great location if you are trying to go to legoland like we did will definitely be staying here again when we come back
