Enjoy spectacular ocean and white water views from this three bedroom villa with a tremendous location. The beach is right in front of you and you are a short stroll down the beach to the food and fun found in the beachfront village of Carlsbad!
This bright and beautiful beachfront residence features massive ocean views from nearly every room and just beautiful new coastal decor.

In addition to a wonderfully supplied home with all the kitchen and bath and bedroom amenities you will need, we happily supply beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, umbrella and boogie boards. Our beach wagon is perfect for carting the kids for a picnic to the beach or going into the village area to our fun farmers market.

The beachfront property has 3 King beds and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room is spacious with beautiful coastal decor. A beach view kitchen and dining from have endless ocean views. The kitchen i fully supplied so you can prepare gourmet meals. The world famous Carlsbad beach is right across the street and the adorable Village of Carlsbad is a quick stroll down the beachfront boardwalk. We have wonderful places to each and shop just a few minutes walk from the condo. The Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, , Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and much more are within easy striking distance. The Alga Community pool is nearby and kids will never want to leave, its an amazing water park.

Great condo location in Carlsbad!
The condo was more than we expected! Probably one of the nicest place I’ve stayed in. My husband’s family is from the area and they it was an amazing place to stay while visiting. Sandra was the most sweetest lady! She called to give me deals about the place and explain the ins and outs of the condo. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing beachfront view right from the balcony
This is such a amazing location. We loved sitting out on the balcony at the table, having our morning coffee and meals while watching the surfers and sunsets, and even some whales. The long two tiered walking path in addition to walking along the beach are right there . Many good restaurants and downtown shopping in walking distance. The condo is neat and clean and the towels and throws smelt so fresh and good. The beds were comfortable too . We had a wonderful time.

Great for a family- awesome location!
This property is so convenient! The view is gorgeous, Saundra was super easy to communicate with and was able to give us lots of information about family friendly restaurants and activities. I have read other reviews about the sound of the train but that wasn’t bothersome to us at all and we have a two year old. There were 4 adults and our toddler and we had plenty of room. It’s very convenient to downtown Carlsbad. The property also has a lot of things you can bring down to the beach with you. Very family friendly!

Our family enjoyed spending time together, especially in the outdoor space that overlooked the ocean. Ocean views in all front facing windows. Just loved listening to the sounds of the ocean all day. Easy walk into town with a wonderful selection of restaurants and shops. All of the beach supplies are there for you to take advantage of. Even enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evening. Everyone loved the 6 burner Viking stove. They could make their own breakfast in the morning the way they wanted. We definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful beach condo!
This is our 4th stay at this magical beach location. The condo is beautiful, impeccably clean and has all the amenities to cook in or, if you want to eat out, a short 15 minute walk takes you to Carlsbad Village where many restaurants await! A perfect spot for families or couples. We hope to come back!
