The property was fine, the bed was lovely and comfortable and the staff were helpful and also lovely. However, the hotel was tired and there were several marks on carpets and walls although thr bedroom carpet was fine. Phone in the room was dirty and not working to report heating not workind although reception quickly resolved our issues. No ironing board in the room but the one i saw propped outside a room was very grubby and i would not have used it. There was a bus stop nearby taking you on unlimited cardiff buses for £4.50. All being said hotel could do with an update but it was excellent value for money.

A beautiful hotel just a short drive into the City. A very comfortable room, nice communal area and a nice meal in the restaurant. Free parking was a bonus too.

Perfectly adequate Business Hotel on the outskirts of Cardiff. Comfortable room, excellent King-size bed, would definitely stay again for a night but not for longer as not within walking distance of city centre.

Clean room but poor service in restaurant from poorly trained and generally disinterested staff. Terribly long wait for service or food. When the food arrived it was passable. Overall it reinforced why Accor Group hotels are my choice of last resort if all others are full
