Have never stayed at an all inclusive. The many dining choices was a favorite, the entertainment was fantastic, our last night they had a Fire show in the Pyramid!

The staff and management could not care less about you once they take your money. First major issue is the man I was travelling with ended up being aggressive and threatening towards me, the room was under my name and paid for by me so he was asked to leave, I let the front desk know I was being threatened by this man and didn’t feel safe and they assured me he wouldn’t be able to bother me any more as now a single female traveller but he was let back in the next day. My entire stay I was told I was given a room “upgrade” which put me in a room surrounded by construction, I complained daily but staff did nothing and refused to move me to a different room or compensate. I spent my “relaxing vacation” stuck in a room listening to jack hammering that was so loud it shook the walls and having to deal with a man who shouldn’t have been let back on the resort harassing me for over a week. Avoid this resort at all costs, especially if you’re a single female.

I have purchased the pyramid stay and assumed we will be in pyramid which is not true. We had black pyramid bracelets but stayed in oceanfront small room. Room/building is pretty old and needs renovation. On our first/second day we were permanently disturbed by staff. They kept talking about some negative review on expedia site although I did not submit any. They even called at night which now results in not a top rating. I do not care much about restaurants and usually prefer buffet dining but the black sense is a great experience. Please keep in mind that the dress code to many restaurants requires pants for men indicating no shorts allowed. OK for the price you pay. no superb.

This property is very run down, they don’t clean the room properly. They charge you for everything even when you paid for all inclusive. They charge you for room service, they don’t restock the minibar, even water bottles were hard to get. I will not stay at any Oasis property ever again!!

We enjoyed the Black Sens, Sakura, and Miramar the most for eating. The Placita was great for snacks. We did not go to Hacienda Sarape because the wait was too long- probably needs to take reservations. The variety of multiple shows were enjoyable and mostly too loud. Using the resort app was a great way to get timely information from staff. We did not enjoy the White Box that we tried for lunch one day and after waiting an hour for our food to arrive we left. This is a very family friendly resort, so we greatly enjoyed the opportunity to use the adult only Miramar beach club and personal pools with ocean view. We would go back here again and would consider bringing children. Shout out to Yudith who was our friendliest server.
