The infinity membership people trully ruined our vacation from day one we attended a 3hr sales meeting where they tried to sell us a membership and when we refused to buy it they were rude practically spit on our faces. This was our first time in cancun soo we were not aware of what this 90 min meeting was going to be about. After we refused to purchase membership it seemed that they told everyone there and we weren't treated nice anymore we weren't greeted at all. There's a few people that work in the restaurants and bars that were really nice to us the #1 was Armando waiter at Big Ben's Feliciana at buffete. 2 really rude worker where karen at grab and go and janeth at the ice cream and candy place totally ignoring you if you're not white # gringo . Some descrimination for other races. Other than that the food was good the waiters at restaurants very nice. Drinks are watered down the rooms are outdated. .the evacuate alarm goes off all the time in the middle of the night. It rained a couple days and there were leaks everywhere.

Pros: good for kids, not a large property so it wasn’t difficult to get from place to place, bartenders/servers/etc were very kinds. Cons: water issues throughout the stay. Two days without hot water. One day where the water was brownish yellow. Overall: wouldn’t return, but is a good option for a family on a budget.

I liked this property for my first time in Cancun I felt safe and secure but there was better options out there and everyone around here wants a tip and the elevators are so slow. They do provide cenotes and isla mujeres guides and packages but it is way cheaper if you go by yourself in an ado bus if on budget but it was fun having a tour guide they look after you and make you feel comfortable but they also expect a tip.

Old pics on Expedia. No palapas on the beach, electric sockets kept blowing. Fridge in room kept stopping, had to wiggle it daily to keep working, Adult pool under construction. Fun bar is now just karaoke.. Will not be going back!! Hotel built in the way of the sun by iberostar.

Don’t waste your time here. If you wanna have a good family vacation this place might let you down. Crowded. Loud. Full of tripping hazards for kids. Narrow beach section that’s always full. Staff were rude. We ended up leaving this resort and going to another one because it was that bad.
