Pictures aren’t the same the building is old and is being repaired. The kids area wasn’t safe. The slides are not safe. the last day at the manhatten restaurant the hostess was rude and disrespectful. The dining was ok I liked that it gave us options but the food was ok

Really good budget friendly family resort for a long weekend getaway. My daughter loved the water park, beach, nightly shows and kids disco. Nothing fancy, so if you are looking to be pampered, this is not for you. Staff are very friendly. But again, it is very fair for the price.

The resort is horrible the food is trash, Same food selections every single day for breakfast , lunch, and dinner. The building is extremely outdated I saw roaches in my room,bathroom and buffet area. Pool area very slippery and moldy in quite a few areas. The resort caters more to Mexican families. Choose a better option for you and your family this resort needs to be condemned.

Swimming pool has a great view, food in the buffet and restaurants was good. Room clean and spacious. I did not like that the treatment depends on how you did your booking. They have different bracelets colours, expedia bracelets do not get primum drinks or access to all restaurants.

I didn’t like the smell the entire resort had a moldy smell it was very hard to breathe . I also had two roaches in my room and one in the catus which is a dining area / restaurant very disgusting. No water bottles at the bar or dining areas . And my goodness the food was trash from breakfast to dinner . I’m very disappointed I don’t recommend this resort I also was stuck in the dated shower for ten minutes the sliding door was jammed . I was very uncomfortable and not happy at this stay /resort .
