Our stay at the hotel was good. Excellent food and customer service. The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel was noisy. While in our room we would hear guests speaking loudly in the hallway as if they were in our bedroom. We would even hear the guests in the room next to ours.

This resort was extremely beautiful! All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Not a party resort, but very relaxing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Horrible service, nobody speaks English to understand you. Cockroaches were in my room. Our mini refrigerator was broken, the air conditioner was broken, it smelled like mildew, the staff were ok. The food was awful. The staff pressure you into doing a tour and presentation for their beach club and lie and say it’s only an hour and half which ends up being about 3-4 hours. Do not waste your money at this place. We felt very discriminated against misunderstood and singled out when it came to service.

The food was absolutely horrible, the application to reserve the restaurant never worked for us so we were unable to book the restaurant and so we had to eat at the Buffett where food would run out or it tasted horrible. The room was never cleaned unless I asked them 3 times to clean. The room had roaches and the desk at check in had bugs crawling all over it.

Resorts in a good location but needs to get better food on all their 3-restaurants We ended having dinner out most every night since 2-of our family members got sick with their food. Need better quality with food. Also there’s an adult pool and there were always kids in the adult pool and no one come around to supervise unless adults complained

It’s our first time to visit Cancun Mexico and we chose to stay for 6 days in an All-Inclusive package at Park Royal Cancun. It was great and family friendly! However, couple of things: 1) elevator - the hotel has only 2. The buttons were sometimes non responsive. You had to press the number #4 (for example) few times for it to actually work. Also elevator’s crowded around lunch/dinner time and has long wait times. One time we chose to take the stairs but apparently it’s being renovated (painted on the 3rd floor). There was no sign at PB level and our slippers along with other guests, who chose to take the stairs too, got stuck on the wet paint on the floor. 2) ice - not available on our floor due to machine being maintained. We went to the 3rd floor via emergency stairs - it was flooded and the ice machine wasn’t working neither. 3) air conditioning in our room - just fan mode not really cooling the room. We had called the front desk to ask for a fan/bentilador but they sent in a person to look into it. He checked it and said he’ll come back but never did. So we just had to work on whatever the room has. My kids and husband were all sweaty at night. 4) toilet flush - every time we flush it has this whistling, long and accelerating sound… it’s annoyingly alarming as if something is about to explode. It must have been the water filling in the tank but we’re unsure - we didn’t bother to call the front desk coz nothing happened when we did about the airconditioning.

I really liked that they take you to the airport without cost . It’s close to the beach I went with my family for one week and it’s great if you just want to chill I really liked that the hotel brings souvenirs little shops their usually a little cheaper than other places they also have a lot of activities during the week and live music they also have Cancun letters with a beautiful view of the ocean

Starting with concierge Erick from Expedia and Karla from Park Royal Beach Cancun, they were very vague with out check in very little information about the Expedia perks at the resort. Very unprofessional very rude when asked to help around the resort. The hostess from two of the 3 restaurants was very rude and arrogant when speaking to me and my family his name was Rodrigo. Then on our last night I at the hotel a young lady came to the door on behave of concierge, Expedia to say good bye and let know that we have some of the spa privileges just for being expida members I was not told on the day that I arrived. Later that night we left our go pro by accident at the Frida restaurant and when asked Front Desk if anyone turned in a GoPro and guy named Victor a reception was very unprofessional and telling that telling my husband that there is nothing they can do to help until the next day at 9 AM and my husband told them we had an early flight the next day and then we would be gone by 4 AM and he in return said he should’ve come earlier not want to help that’s when my husband said he wanted to speak to the manager right away. We did needs up getting our go pro back. Overall, we would never book palace Royal Beach Cancun ever again

This resort has definitely fell off. I came here 3 years ago just me and my wife and it was excellent. That really set my standard high. Fast foward to this year, I brought my family and it definitely dissappointed me. The workers were great but the overall stay was not up to my standard. The restaurants were difficult to book, when I spoke to management their apps and booking services were down. They were no help. Our second option was the the buffet. And it was horrendous. The waiters were very fast and helpful but the food was very underwhelming considering the amount of money I payed. Lastly, the bar was very disorganized. There was only one person working the whole bar area and it creates a huge line. Other than that the beach was beautiful and the room cleaning service was amazing.

The facility little bit old and the bathroom ceiling leaking the water in my 2nd day stay in the room.one of the elevator out of service entire trip need to walked the stair go back to the room in 6 floor and go down too. The buffet refill the food little long.
