The staff are amazing. They make sure you have a comfortable stay. Excellent food and lots of selection to choose from. Drinks from the bartenders are superb and they make sure you always have a drink in your hand. I would gladly say that we have found our resort whenever we come to Cancun. Worth every penny.

Not Wheelchair Accessible ! Contacted property more than once to make sure that I'll be accommodated with a wheelchair accessible room and bathroom. Was assured that all will be fine. I flew all the way to Mexico and was utterly disappointed to find out that I was lied to. The wheelchair ramps felt like ramps, so if you don't have anyone who is athletic, you won't be able to get around. Also, there is not a single room on this property that has an actual wheelchair accessible room or Bathroom. I was never accommodatednor offered any reimbursement for my inconvenience. Highly disappointed.

Staff was really good and helpful and hotel was kept clean. Food was very good with a decent selectionfor different tastes. The only downside was our room (tower 2) was in need of an overhaul and a bit run down.

My first experience at an all-inclusive—amazing. Excellent food options, incredible service. Easy to jump on the R2 bus to go into Cancun or Playa Tortugas port to get an Ultramar ferry for an Isla Mujeres day trip—at Isla, I recommend Treehouse Yoga and Inkaholic tattoo. Cancun is wonderful and my friend and I—two middle aged women—felt incredibly safe while at the resort and in Cancun/Isla Mujeres. Thank you especially to Ham and Enrique and Stephanie the concierge for all their help and service. Will definitely be back.
