En cuanto a la estadía no tengo mas que cosas buenas que comentar pero en cuanto a la atención al cliente por teléfono días antes e inclusive ahorita para pedir facturas tienen un pésimo sistema. Tienen gente contestando el teléfono de su página pero que no sirve mas que para comunicar llamadas a personal que nunca contesta, si ellos no pueden solucionar los temas para que los quieren? Es increíble que nunca me pudieron dar solución a temas como el ingreso del personal que les mande a hospedarse ni tampoco me han solucionado el tema de mi factura. La gente que se hospedo es personal nuestro que s gano un viaje todo pagado, probablemente no mandaremos gente ya a su hotel.

En lo general mala experiencia, por la Marca (Hard Rock) las expectativas eran altas y fue decepcionante la experiencia para mi familia y amigos acompañantes. Las instalaciones están pésimas, hotel viejo y con falta de mantenimiento. El servicio del personal en su mayoría era pésimo, de mal modo te atendía y contestaban al vacacionista nacional, ah! pero no fuera a los extranjeros que allí se desvivían por atender; en los restaurante una pésima logística para asignar mesas y nuevamente preferencia al extranjero, en los camastros los de seguridad apataban lugares a quien les daba algo de dinero y los que queríamos aparta un camastro para más tarde nos quitaban las cosas y se los asignaban a quien les daba $$$ y/o extranjeros. En check in y check out, reconocer su buen trabajo y buena atención.

Room was run down jacuzzi was not in room like it was supposed to be was hidden in batroom behind shower hard to get to ac didn't work room stayed at 76 degrees roof leacked water the whole time staff was made aware of issues an just said theres nothing they can do
