The property was smaller compared to other resorts in the area but they had enough amenities and activities throughout the day and night, including party for the New Year’s Eve. There was a construction going on beside the resort, but it wasn’t too loud to bother our stay

PRO'S: Loved the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The food options were numerous and the restaurant Marco Pollo had amazing food. The service of some.of the servers was out of this world. Our favourite server was Jair. They went out of their way to make us happy, smile and make us feel like VIP's. Tipping deffinetely helps. We enjoyed the daily shows that are worthy of broadway or cirque du soleil. Those dancers deserve to be recognized. It seemed like a tough crowd most nights and the drinking and loud music was a bit annoying at times but deffinetely a pro if you're a party animal. Our room was cleaned daily and we.would often find artistic.decorations of towels and blankets etc. One cleaner inspected out toilet seat and had a crew come in and change it immediately. The beach was by far thr nicest in the entire Zone Hoteliere. It was clean with soft sand( that will get everywhere) but luckily theybahd 2 very efficient shower areas as you climbed those stairs.back to the many pools they had. Lots of snack options. Cons: not so many but we were pretty dissapointed after a late check-in, jetlagged and all to be taken to rhe main hotel for a time share pitch. They did offer substantial discounts and offers but we were there on vacation and did not feel like listening to a sales pitch. Their games altough numerous were sometome available at the entertainment desk and sometimes at the check in desk. A starting tour would have been nice. 8 out of 10

Food and staff services were great. For an all inclusive resort though there is not much that is included besides food and drinks. The app that staff members are so sure works, never works. Front desk staff refuses to give you information because its on the app, but you can’t even access the app. Dining and poolside staff are great. Otherwise don’t recommend this resort.

Bed was so hard- felt like a sheet on top of some bricks. Then they said they’d supply a mattress cover- they did but it was as thin as a piece of paper, so it made no difference to the comfort. We wanted to switch rooms but they said all mattresses are the same. Then there was such limited options for eating. We went out and spent money for dinner one night because I just couldn’t do the horrible buffet again. There were 2 other restaurants but they never had availability to make reservations, so we never got to try them.

Not a fun hotel for couples. Very small and bar closes at 11:30pm. Also construction going on right beside hotel. We never went to pool anymore due to noise from construction. Also the rooms... the rooms have ZERO noise cancellation. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in corridors and neighbor rooms. Don't understand how this hotel has returning customers.

This is our second time visiting. We love the smaller style resort. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is good. There is some construction happening next door but it didn’t take away from our lovely experience.

The hotel was nice and clean. I was there with my family. The hotel staff were not nice or accommodating. The food was mediocre at best, did not seem fresh, choices were limited. The drinks tasted artificial. I got lemonade for the kids and they said it was nasty and did not drink it. I got the kids virgin strawberry daiquiris, and the color was like beets, and it tasted bad also, so they didn’t like it. Even the orange juice didn’t taste good and didn’t even look orange, it looked like lemonade, weird. The alcoholic drinks were bad aswell. They only have 2 restaurants outside of the regular buffet and one of them was closed 3 out the 5 days we were there. You have to make reservation to go to the restaurants and they get filled up quickly. Some of my family members got sick from the food, thank goodness we travel with meds. On multiple occasions I went to front desk to ask questions about dinning and activities and they would just say they don’t know. They had garbage cans next to the room, the one by my room smelled bad. The Year’s Eve celebration was good. We went to the Cancun Hotel Zone and had some good food and drinks. My family and i will not return to this hotel.
