BE AWARE of the scam….sometime during our stay, my credit card was swapped with the exact same card but a different name and obviously deactivated card. The scammer attempted to make 4 purchase; 2 went through and 2 were declined by my credit card company. I did not use my card the entire stay so this either occurred at check in or housekeeping. The manager did check the video of my check in but who knows…he could have been in on the scam. Aside from this, the food was terrible. But the facility was beautiful.

Partial ocean view was non existing in the first room they gave me. I complained they gave me a better one, but this one was freezing and I could not control the AC. Staff is very nice. Facilities are ok. Checkout was at 12h, my flight was at 20h, they don't offer complimentary rooms to shower after the checkout which is sad for a resort like this and they didn't even allow me to checkout late.

This was the second time at Dreams sands and the beach is wonderful low surf clean sand. Food is great. Rooms always clean. Need anything just ask they will get it

Room 337 all mold and mildew, ended up respiratory sick. Floors dirty, sandy every day, no towels, safe didnt work money stolen. Damp/wet sheets. Champagne was the worst. Noisey with outside music/ entertainment . Luggage wasn't delevired fir iver 2 hours after a 8 hour delay. Never stay at this resort.

The staff were super friendly and so helpful. I loved the events that were hosted at night. The entire resort was very clean and the staff attended to any requests i had. One thing i did not like was the food. I wish there were more Mexican options given that we were in Mexico. I would’ve also appreciated that the buffet put out food quicker as it ran out quickly and had to wait for certain food items to be put out.

I liked everything but I did book it because it supposed to include all the drinks they couldn’t make mix shots which that’s really the only thing I drink and food was okay the buffet wasn’t open for dinner had to reserve for dinner told us we had to buy a bottle

Food was terrible. Even as preferred it was first come first serve for the restaurants. Service was impeccable. Angel, Miguel, Roberto deserve a special shout out for their amazing service. Only thing good about this resort was location, beach and service. Room service ran out of wings all the time. Also got our order wrong every time.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times, though it has changed its name or property owner a few different times. I like that is far away from the noise yet close enough to other locations. The property needs more updating, but it does look like they are slowly upgrading the place. Unfortunately, we had hurricane Helene pass by, which made a mess, but it’s part of nature.

The service was excellent!! Specially Elmer and his team. Elmers drinks were AMAZING!!!! He went beyond to we make sure we had a good time. Cristian was also very attentive and very friendly. Also manuel, jonathan and Diana did a great job with entertainment. gave four stars because our rooms water smelled like suer . We had to complain -they fixed the issue but the next day it was the same again, we complained again and they fixed it again.. The couple that went with us also had rooms water smell like suer. Also, the first day we didn’t have towels in our room and the couple that went with us they didn’t get towels in room on their last night.

Loved that this was an All Inclusive Resort with great food and very friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was very attentive with my needs and the service at the bars and restaurants were excellent. Great nightly entertainment inside and outside of the hotel and on the beach. My room was above and across from the bar area but since I was a solo traveler and didn’t mind the music then it was good entrainment while I was in my room. Food and restaurants offered a great selection of options and drinks depending on what you needed or if you were on the go. Appreciated the friendly wait staff and those who welcomed you into their establishments. Gift shop has a nice selection of souvenirs or necessities that you might need while on the beach or need any personal items while staying there. Overall a great hotel which exceeded my expectations being that it was my first time in Cancun and at a All Inclusive Resort
