Its the old property, bathroom sink was leaking, shower head was hanging, shower door was not closing so water was coming out of the shower area and making entire bathroom floor wet. Towels were having holes and were teared at places. Language is the major issue, they dont know English. No one picked up phone when calling for service, always has to visit front desk. Food was not that great at the restaurants and waiters were rude. There is no way to provide feedback or complain. Will not recommend. This is below average resort may be because its old and not upgraded.

I was expecting a little more out of this resort. The food was excellent, the waiters were very professional, and the room was always clean. The entertainment could be a lot better Both in the pool and after hours. Unfortunately our room had beg bugs, which resulted in me and my daughter getting bit. Hotel manager was quick to move us to a different room and getting medical attention.

We loved the pools at Crown Paradise club. The entertainment staff were wonderful and friendly and always had activities to do throughout the day. Our kids loved playing at the kids club, one loved the pool and slides and the other loved the art classes and cookie making. We dined a lot at the buffet, we also went to la Piazza and enjoyed both the food and the view! The weather in December is windy and makes swimming in the ocean not recommended, so we did some sand art and stood in the water for a bit. Most of our time was spent in the hotel pools. There are a few renovation/construction projects going on and it was great to see a couple of them completed while we stayed there. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay with the family. I would stay there again, and met other travelers that were on their 6th stay at the crown paradise club.

Nasty dirty.. almost spoiled my sun bday vacation. Elevator wasn’t working had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with suitcase and toddler. Place is hot, smells bad and dining areas are dark and musty. The pools are a joke I could’ve stayed home in Florida and have better pools. I left within 2 hours and booked into another hotel and they wanna play funny with my refund but I’m not having it

Very clean. All the restaurants had their perks. Easy to book a reservation for dinner every time. Pools were cleaned daily and decently maintained. Buffets were always stocked and always clean (wiped down with attention to detail). Entertainment team was excellent and night shows were great.
