was dropped by the shuttle at the wrong property, near by, stood in line for 30 minutes trying to get a room, staff was very slow. after 30 minutes, was told to go to a property nearby with a similar name. spent another 20 minutes there at the front desk waiting for a room

Smells amazing! A nice hotel with restaurant, pool, spa. Nothing close by except a few little shops. Has airport shuttle. Room was spacious and comfortable. Walk in shower.

Location great. Staff not so great. We were neglected by staff once we were checked in. Really bad service at the restaurant. Servers were at each other to see who was going to stay and serve. We were not service till 30 minutes after we sat down. Really terrible service.

Loud Construction Sounds - No Sleep
There were very loud construction noises next to our room. At midnight and after. Loud hammers, drills, electric saws. Various power tools. I asked the front desk about it and he only said his partner will check into it. We got very little sleep. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and clean. We just really needed to sleep.
