Recommend to stay here. Basic room but comfortable enough. I stayed by myself in a twin room and it was fine. I was on the side of the inner courtyard which was nice and quiet. I think the room would have been small for 2 people though. The bathroom is quite small but if you know that ahead of time, it’s fine. Area very close to everything and close to transport. Safe at night

Very good staff at front desk; excellent variety of foods for breakfast; within a block loop is a good grocery store; room was very small; all uneven cobblestone streets from train station to hotel; there was a window to open for fresh air. (This was in early October.)

Decent Ibis hotel. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated, but small. In places it looked a little tired, scratches on the paint work, scuff marks on doors. The fire doors on the rooms are heavy and the springs made them swing back closing them loudly, so I found it quite a noisy stay, with doors slamming all night long.

**Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service!** I had a fantastic stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the check-in was quick and easy. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a great view. I loved the hotel’ location . The service throughout my stay was top-notch, with the staff always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit!

Dirty and old. This hotel is very old the bathroom is the same size as the one in the airplanes. The towels were very thin they hurt. The air conditioner didn’t cool properly. Terrible experience.

I arrived early and planned to leave my baggage, but the receptionist let me check in early. The location is wonderful. It is a few minutes from Saint Catherine Station and Grand Place. I just wished they had a coffee maker or a kettle for tea or coffee.

Great reception staff, really friendly. Great location, parking convenient in the interparking (De Broukere or Brucity) near it, although expensive (€24 for 24 hours). Hotel was clean but really needs a renovation. Air conditioning was mediocre (not ideal in 29 degree heat), room was dated (even had arrows drawn on the frame of the bedside lamp to show where the switches were! Main light switches by the bed didn’t work. Bathroom extremely small as well.

It was a good hotel. The room is nice, but i found it inconvenient that there wasn’t a fridge. Some outlets didn’t work or there was a specific condition for them to work. I was too tired to figure it out. The location is amazing. There are a lot of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Lobby was nice, but I couldn’t find any free water.
