Dear Client, Thank you for taking the time to write about your stay. We are sorry if you didn't enjoy your room. It is too bad you didn't address your claims to reception as we could have changed your room if you were dissatisfied with the bathroom and also reminded you that all our windows have electric shutters so you didn't have to be bothered by the blue light in the atrium.
