We booked through Expedia and had confirmation emails from Expedia and Mollie’s, however on arrival were told that there was a booking error and our twin room was unavailable.We accepted a bunk bed room instead. This was ok as there were 2 low single beds. The staff were lovely and apologised. We were given a free drink each and free breakfasts (anything off the menu and however much we wanted). This more than compensated for the error and I felt was very good customer service. I would stay again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in!
Top notch hotel! 40 mins drive from Bath and 20 mins to Bristol city centre! Very modern and slick decor with friendly service and great amenities! Reception was 24hr and had complimentary tea and coffee as well as some of their products to purchase! They also had a Dyson hairdryer and even straighteners in the room! Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was even lovely! Bed was massive and very comfy! To be eco friendly they had a hot and cold water tap on the hallway instead of a kettle which I think was a great touch. The diner onsite had friendly service (Dean was a great waiter!) and delicious food. Would throughly recommend and visit again! Thank you!

Comfortable bed and good sound insulation to the road noise. Decor is a little sparse for my liking so everything echoes . Food at the diner was awful and ended up at the steak house next door .

This is a great place to stay ~ friendly staff eager to help, refreshing ~ contemporary designed rooms that are clean and efficient, lots of parking, great food and service next door and ultimately a great place to just shut down and relax. Once you get your head around ~ no phone ~ no elevator and a minimal aesthetic then it’s easy. I was working in the area for nearly a year and used Mollie’s weekly, it became a home from home and I really appreciated everything about the motel as a concept and the kindness and hospitality of everyone that worked there ~ from all parts of the motel.

emergency stop - found heaven for the night
Last minute stop, booked and arrived late so it was a really good price and I was delighted to have a beautiful double room with huge bed and TV all clean and looking fresh and new. Hot water and cold drinking water on tap just outside my room in the corridor so no unhygienic kettles to worry about - room only but the diner next door was amazing. Def recommend and was astonished how cheap it was but that might have been last minute steal
