Mordern good budget overnight stay on the road
Overall a good budget overnight stay on the road. Parking space are too tight. Room could have been cleaner, floor was not vacuumed and there was a hair on the bed. I do like the interior design. The overhead shower head kept dripping all night, might as well get rid of it. Could have ordered breakfast if it's flat rate walk-in buffet. Requiring a reservation time is just too big of a commitment

Excellent room (standard double) the beds are super king which is amazing! Very clean, as always, and tea, coffee, soap, shampoo was all very good. One complaint is that a light bulb in the sink area was not working, but that's a minor complaint

Really unsure how this place has such good ratings. Really chaotic reception/bar. My heating didn’t work and despite reporting it in person x 2 and via their app, it was never fixed. Freezing at night, especially when I came back from home at 3am. Very poor apology on checking out. Dirty glasses in room - never got housekeeping for some reason. Very very noisy - particularly from corridor and from above - sounded like kids trampolining at times. All info is on app - have to get booking ref from them to be able to use. Didn’t see why sink is not in bathroom - bit odd. No low level bedside lighting either. Overall just poor - would have rather stayed at Premier Inn to be honest!

Great stay
Could not recommend this hotel more. Clean, modern, great amenities, helpful staff, really great location if you need easy access to motorway. The only thing that could improve it would be a lift and a fridge in the room.

Lovely hotel & diner!
Hotel was wonderful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. Plenty of free tea and coffee available in reception and then a selection in the room. Hot and cold water for drinking was available at a tap just outside the room. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower was lovely! Everything was clean and well presented.
