I did the bed as it was so comfortable and made me relaxed. Sadly the water running for shower was so lukewarm :(

Helpful staff

Staff helped to find a replacement for a screw missing from my luggage handle. This made my ongoing journey much easier

Good Hotel

Pros: Room, internet
Cons: A little decor touch-up
Location: Location was opposite a lot of takeaways. Coventry City has some good history and reasonable shopping centre.
It's Coventry... it wasn't cheap but I can't complain. Superior Room was nice, hotel was quiet. You look out onto a street of takeaways and a convenience store all of which useful. Staff were pleasant. 10 minute walk to the centre. Great, fast, free WiFi too. I would certainly recommend it.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel is very clean and well presented. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room, spotless. We did not have our evening meals there but the breakfast was very good. All you would expect and as much as you want. The only negative was the location. As it is situated outside the main ring-road, access to the city center is via subways. They are well lit but can be a bit uncomfortable for anyone who does not like them. Having said that, it did not in any way spoil our visit.

Very nice hotel

Excelent hotel. Friendley and helpfull staff. We didn't have evening meels but the breakfasts were very good. Easy acess to city centre but the use of the underpasses to get there may be a bit uncomfertable for people who do not like them.

Business Trip

I was staying overnight at the Ramada Hotel & Suites Coventry for business, and in that the Hotel provided an adequate service - the staff were courteous, the room was pleasant enough, with all that I required to get ready to see my client the following morning. I wouldn't describe it as luxurious, but nor is it Spartan. There was a curiosity regarding a possible double-booking - which seems to be more to do with my using an aggregator site to book, rather than booking with the hotel directly. It remains to be seen whether I have had a double charge on my credit card.
