Great location with restaurants, shopping, grocery stores in walking distance. Transportation across the street. Quiet. Balcony room was small but had a nice view, high ceiling, and comfortable bed. Didn't like the carpet but overall a nice room. Friendly staff at the front desk. Would stay there again.

It was an amazing property. My first time in Berlin and never heard of Mercur Hotel. Took a risk and ended up getting lucky. The staff were very friendly and the property I kept pristine. I just didn’t like the sheets. A little too rough but that’s my skin’s problem. Haha. It was my last destination in Europe and happy I chose Mercur Hotel. It’s perfect! Loved the products they have in their bathrooms too.

Wonderful hotel located right next to a station. Sparkling water on tap for free refills which was such a lovely feature. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. The AC goes off at 6am so you might wake up warm then but otherwise amazing I wish we’d stayed longer!

Great area. Grocery store across the street. Lots of eateries and bus stop close by. The only thing we didn’t like was the picture of the woman in the bathtub .

Breakfast at the hotel is way too expensive and not worth as the cafe next door is half the price and much better in quality. The service staff do not understand any english and they enter the room without knocking. Even when they see you they dint close the door and leave, they start talking in German as if you are not supposed to be here. This happened multiple times during my stay and has made me very unhappy

Property is well maintained with multiple great restaurants right outside the door. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety with an awesome tea selection. Ahmad at the bar made great drinks and was very friendly, a great place unwind after your busy day of seeing all the amazing sites berlin has to offer!
