Overall, the home offered what we needed and the location was perfect. However, it was disappointing to arrive and find 10-15 dead cockroaches scattered around the kitchen and living room floor. While we were staying the hot water went out and we weren’t sure why but didn’t have time to let management know since we were going to a wedding. The property management was responsive when we let them know about the problems. But we were all very disappointed in finding so many roaches and concerned about the cleanliness of the property.

Overall this place accommodated our family. The view outback was gorgeous with golfers playing golf and deer wandering through. Couple of negatives were musty smell, dusty with spiderwebs and TVs did not have local stations plus tv in bedroom upstairs didn't work. We were trying to watch college football and couldn't get game through ABC. We did enjoy the quiet and perfect weather sitting on the back porch. Would stay here again with a few things fixed!

Rent at your own risk
We rented a condo and had been there just long enough to get our things put away and start dinner when a pipe behind the upstairs toilet burst and began spraying water everywhere. My husband and I tried to turn off the valve behind the toilet, but it was rusted and would not budge. In order to reach it we had to get down and put our faces in the spray of water. It took a while to get the water off. We had called immediately and were met with a clueless answering service and were left waiting. We toweled up as much of the water as possible and moved furniture to save it from the water coming through the ceiling of the first floor. The water poured down on our food and things. When we got a call back from Oberg properties, there was no “ are you guys ok?” or anything like that, just drilled about the exact details about the pipes and no plan for getting us situated. Travel tired and hungry with a kid we were told we had one option. The other property was nowhere near the quality of the original rental. We understand that these things happen, although the man who came from Oberg said the pipe was rusted and that it “exploded.” Anyway, it was clearly not any fault of our own, yet we were stuck cleaning it up, having our stuff ruined and wasting time being rudely dealt with for our trouble. The price point of the original rental was appropriate, but the place we were moved to was not. We expressed we felt it was not competitive to the similar and even much nicer properties in the same area and not at all commensurate to the quality of the accommodations. At no time did they consider the loss of our items or our time. At one point early on, one of the ladies asked me if we needed anything. I said “yes, soap”-because the rental we were moved to had one tiny cheap bar of “no tell motel” soap for 3 people for 3 nights. Apparently that was too much to ask for. We went from a luxury 4 bd, 2 story, 2 1/2bath condo with pool/grill to a 2 bd 2 not fully functioning baths no pool/no grill cheap place and for all of our trouble we were afforded only 25% off the room rate. We felt callously treated regarding our inconvenience/ordeal, major downgrade, disrespectful “discount” and utter lack of care/customer service . This military family learned a valuable life lesson from the experience, so thank you for that Oberg Properties. PS. Thanks so much for the soap, it’s not like we are in the middle of a pandemic, really classy!

VRBO listing showed rate; call to telephone # provided was chaotic and resulted in over $500 increase over stated rate. When communication/transaction was transferred to Oberg Properties (management co. of the property) everything was super professional! Perfect 2 story condo for 4 adults and 3 teenagers.

Gorgeous property
This condo was immaculate and was situated wiht lovely views of a pond and golf course. We enjoyed watching deer and birds while having coffee on the patios. The beds were so comfortable. The furnishings and all dishes etc were top shelf! The kids enjoyed the pool which was just outside the front door. The welcome package was filled wiht excellent area info and we needed it. We had a few minor requests and Oberg was outstanding with response time and customer service. I was completely satisfied beyond expectations.

Great space!
The home had more than enough space and separation for two the families and friend we had traveling to make everyone comfortable. The area is nice as well. The only down side is that the home had no dish washer soap or sponge to wash dishes, no extra trash bags, and no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. We shouldn't have to go buy those things our selves for a 2 night stay, especially if as renters, we are expected to keep the property clean.
