Some of the fabric of the rooms are in need of repair and some maintenance on utilities. Stayed at a few of the Henann resorts and u learn to know what to expect for the price. Locations are generally good, staff not always as attentive as u would hope. Generally clean and close to many holiday focus areas, including direct access to the beach.

The hotel is in a fabulous location but the restaurant is dreadful! Oh an good luck getting a sun bed on the beach.

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect and the staff were so nice. The only downside was WiFi in the room was horrendous. I had to go down to the lobby to work which was not ideal

A mixed experience. While the resort has some redeeming qualities, significant shortcomings made it difficult to fully enjoy our time there. Pros: - The resort itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. - The swimming pool was enjoyable and offered a nice place to relax. - Extras such as water, soft drinks, and beer were reasonably priced, adding some convenience. - The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. - Front desk was kind and professional Cons: - Breakfast was the major disappointment. Not only was it repetitive with little to no variety, but if you arrived after 9 AM, there was often very little food left. This is unacceptable for a resort catering to so many guests. - The professionalism of the staff needs serious improvement. For instance, our bed sheets were not changed for five days, despite the daily housekeeping. - The resort’s management of sunbeds was chaotic. With only around 30 available for nearly 500 tourists, securing one was impossible unless you bribed the security staff—an unacceptable and unethical practice we saw happening regularly. - The resort’s policies felt unnecessarily strict, making us feel as though we had to be overly cautious to avoid unexpected charges, including for something as minor as leftover food. This created a sense of discomfort throughout our stay. - Overall, the poor service and lack of attention to guest experience have led us to decide not to return to Henan

Excellent hotel in the best location
The hotel has an excellent location on the island with easy access to all the bars restaurants and opens directly onto the beach. The rooms are very large with great facilities and the pool area is maintained and monitored to a very high standard. The staff could not be more helpful and the breakfast in the morning is excellent.

Our first time staying in Henan Palm Boracay for 7 days. We’re from Canada. Food selection are great: filipino and western foods to choose. Housekeeping great: changing towels everyday. All staff are amazing. We felt the Filipino hospitality: all are smiling and attending to your needs. Great sense of humor. Close to restaurants, bar and shopping. Has own beach chair. Overall stay: EXCELLENT. Worth what you paid for!! We will recommend to our friends who will visit the Philippines.

Our 11 day stay was wonderful! We checked in from beginning of Christmas week to end of New Years week. All staff from the driver that took us to the hotel ( specifically Anthony) our 3 room attendants (Kent, Ian & Nina). The three kept our room cleaned and were very quick when we needed anything from housekeeping. The bar staff at the SkyPool were also great. They did an excellent job during the New Year celebration. The waiters that were very attentive to us in the Palm Tree restaurant are worth mentioning. Just an excellent stay for us. The only problem we had was the road in and out of the hotel. We know it’s not the hotels responsibility in maintaining that private road but my goodness. Hope they fix that since we are planning to stay at Henann Palm again in the future!

Great location, right on the beach
Great location and one of the nicest hotels in Boracay along white beach. We had a sea view room on level 5 with amazing views. The room was cleaned thoroughly every morning. All the rooms are the same layout it is just the view that is different. It’s unfortunate the shutters don’t fully open to make the most of the view. The bathrooms are very dark with limited lighting. The breakfast buffet was the biggest disappointment. The food was all cold. Eggs are precooked and sit under a heating lamp that doesn’t keeping cold. Although there were different food types to choose from, it was all cold. The staff were very friendly and did what they could to help. The beach loungers get taken straight away, so you need to get up at 6am to put your stuff on them. Getting to the hotel from the airport is another adventure all on its own. If I went back I would probably stay there again as it’s the nicest along the strip.
