What was so cool about this property is it's built up almost like an apartment complex your bathroom has a full scale washer and dryer you have a dishwasher a full fridge that makes ice a bedroom combined like a studio TV couch chair lamps shower or tub I mean it's really nice you have a swimming pool very small though and you have a little tiny area to play paddle ball or tennis but not a full-blown tennis court inside the lobby there's a beautiful fireplace big huge Stone that's meant to be like a table made out of a big huge Stone beautifully done every room has artwork and the lobby has a room that has a game room with foosball and different activities the staff are very pleasant the price was reasonable through Expedia I mean this place was amazing would I ever stay at a waterwalk place again absolutely

My family and I went to stay at Water Walk. Yes, the inside was beautifully renovated. But the outside perimeter was trashy and distasteful. They rooms they had given ua had roaches. Also room right next door to me was a crack head woman or maybe a prostitute. She left trash, cigarettes butts, & clothes by her door. Which were very close to my door. The area was very untidy. Pool area was untidy as well. I believe ppl lived there. Because we saw moving trucks. The 3 days were there. We had to check out and find a more suitable place.

Was just ok not rooms appear to be cleaned but not properly and smelled like dog and cats some staff are helpful others rude. Does have a pool outside and this is more like apartment complex that rents rooms out like an Airbnb.
