Don't accept Garden Tower section
Don't accept the Garden Tower section. They turn off accessible to the AC in winter months, we were there first week of December. Only choice is heat. Couldn't open windows as freeway traffic noise is unbearable. Very stuffy... Bathroom around tub had mold.

It had a free shuttle to the park. Shuttle driver didn’t pick up at the assigned post. Cute lobby. No body wash in the pump container and the tub was completely clogged. Tub had scum and was not clean. The surfaces in the room were sticky and not clean. The A/C didn’t work. Very lumpy pillows and lumpy mattress, This hotel could def use some tender care. Staff was very nice though. Hot tub was closed sadly.

Short distance to the park and fireworks view
Great location, fun activities at the hotel, shuttle service to Disneyland parks, and great amenities. Rooms and property were well maintained, a bit older, but clean and maintained. We walked to downtown Disney from the hotel though it was a bit of a trek! You can see the Disneyland fireworks from the pool spectacularly! Much better than dealing with the crowds if you have seen the lighted castle show before. Food service was decent as well and there were plenty of food options. We will stay here again!

Stay for Granddaughter’s first time at Disneyland
When we first enter, the hotel looked absolutely beautiful. I had set up for my family to be there for Disneyland to celebrate my granddaughter‘s birthday. I expressed that via their online website when I arrived there, they acted like they didn’t know anything about it even though online they emailed me back, saying we look forward to having her and helping you guys celebrate and they didn’t do anything extra, also they put us in the tower and a three year old and it was construction going fans hammering, and it looked very old paint needed to be done because of stuff we were woken up super early by construction and hammering so for the amount of money that I spent on the room and the trip I planned for my family I was not happy about that But the building was nice and the front desk was very nice The staff.

Im not to sure if this was legal or not but they made my son sit on my lap on the shuttle going towards disneyland also my wife woken up by someone drunk by banging on our room door whats the point of having seat belts

We had a very interrupted nights sleep. The room was uncomfortably warm and the thermostat dis not work. Then the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. Nothing like going to Disneyland tired and pissed off. Won’t be back ever.
