The hotel was really lovely, lots of little amenities within the hotel, easy to get to the Metro, staff were helpful and the room was a really good size. The decor in the hotel was amazing and really quirky. The breakfast buffet was incredible, they had everything you could want, with beautiful views at sunrise. The only downside was the quality of the room cleaning. We stayed for 3 nights and our sheets weren't changed once, rubbish that was clearly to be taken was left in the room, empty water bottles, food containers etc. The bed was made each time but with the same sheets as before, this was disappointing as everything else was so nice. Overall, we had a lovely time, the staff even left a card and cupcake for my wife's birthday which was thoughtful.

Apenas perfeita! Não tenho palavras para a experiência de me hospedar lá. Tudo novinho, limpíssimo, com o maior conforto. Roupa de cama e de banho excelentes. Cama enorme. Chuveiro ótimo. Vista incrível. Melhor hotel que já fiquei! O metrô é praticamente ao lado, não dá 2 minutos andando. Recomendo sem medo.

Convenient and nice condition
Staff was pretty indifferent to customers' needs--not just ours but from I observed at the front desk and the bar with other patrons. The building and room were nice. We loved the daily candies in the lobby and the location worked really well for us; we were able to use public transport to get everywhere we wanted from this property.
