Nice hotel for what it is. Great transport links. Breakfast could have been a bit more for the €15 price point. Loved the smoking terrace. Would have liked the vending machines to take card. Staff lovely.

We stayed for three days. The room was clean, comfortable, but quite small with no room for clothes or luggage. I would not recommend for more than one night. The breakfast was vastly overpriced and not very good. We would not recommend the breakfast for the price. The first night there was a loud car parade with cars honking and driving back and forth for many hours starting at midnight. The other two nights were quiet. The hotel is next door to a transit station but not in an area that is pleasant for walking. We did walk to a much nicer area that was about 1.5 miles away. We did not find the desk staff helpful.

1. Received the wrong information regarding the bus number we had to take to Amsterdam Central Station. Also, the wrong metro number. What???? 2. Used a cup of coffee first day. We expected it would be cleaned or changed next day by the cleaning personnel. 3. I am alergic to gluten. I bought a breakfast ticket, but when I asked the man at the cafeteria, asked for gluten free bread, he told me GLUTEN FREE BREAD is too expensive, so that is why you do not offer it. That is not a right answer.

Alright.
This hotel Is about 30 minute walk from Sloterdijk station, and this is why we picked it, As we were going onto a festival. It’s located in a large grey building in quite an inauspicious road. I wouldn’t recommend it as a holiday destination., But it seems like quite a good deal when I booked it. However, once I booked, I realise that it was a room without a window, so I had to contact the hotel and request a room with the window. When we arrived, I discussed this again and had to pay extra, and I also paid extra for a late checkout (which is very normal I know). The room itself was fine – quite small, but very clean and everything we needed. The bed was quite uncomfortable and was too single beds pushed together rather than the double that I thought I was getting. The Window that I had paid €30 for didn’t actually open, so rather be the point of requesting it in my view. Welcome from the reception wasn’t really very welcome. It was a Fairly cool acknowledgement, which was more like you’d expect if you’d arrived in a newsagents to buy a paper rather than arriving in a Hotel to be honest. Overall though – I’d say that would be my overwhelming comment – not somewhere for tourist going on a holiday but perfectly serviceable for business men or people passing through as long as they didn’t mind the dry air conditioning and lack of Window!

Surprisingly nice although our room was only 150 sqft. They had everything all in there in clean environment. The only odd thing I have to mention is there were two twin size comforters on the full size bed. We couldn’t sleep comfortably. Otherwise, all good.

After an exhausting trip in, I was overjoyed to stay at such a nice hotel. The staff were super helpful. Kept our bags the whole day after checking out in the morning and came to our room to explain how to use the lights. We don't have the key card/ light thing in the States yet. Room was nice and clean.

We had a great stay, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The location worked well for us, very close to public transportation with easy access to the core of Amsterdam. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a very good location- easy to travel to from Amsterdam Schiphol airport. There is a metro station and trams 30 yards away. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets 10-15 min walk away from the hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. The room was clean, modern and obtained all the necessary amenities.

The property was very modern and easily accessible with tram, bus and metro right on the doorstep. N.B. You can hear this from your room so if you're easily disturbed I wouldn't recommend however we had no issue. The room was overall clean however there were the odd bits around the room and under the bed missed but nothing major. We also wanted a double bed but ended up with two singles together.

Really lovely and helpful staff and the room was basic but extremely clean and a good size. Our only complaint is that we were given two twin beds pushed together (despite booking a double) and the pillows were very uncomfortable.
