The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very well equipped with everything you need for a fun visit. I travelled with my husband and 18 month old daughter. The hotel provided a lovely, comfy cot bed for her which she had no trouble sleeping in. The room had a fridge which was ideal for storing her milk and breakfasts. The staff are incredibly helpful and very nice people. We’d definitely return again!

I received a room upgrade to the penthouse when I checked in. I was amazed by the view and amenities in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast options offered a variety of options to satisfy my tastebuds. The hotel is centrally location to give you a feel of being within the city but also a bit of a solitude away from the hustle and bustle. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Amsterdam.

The hotel and facilities was excellent. The staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and our evening meal was delicious. The room and the views exceeded our expectations. Using the hotel bikes to get around was great fun and quicker than walking. The area around the hotel was quiet and felt safe. The bus was a short journey from Centraal Station and there was a good frequency of services. Overall, a fantastic stay at the July.

We really enjoyed being by the water and layout of our room, which included a kitchenette and separate seating area. The staff were all excellent as well. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to the downtown core, so if you prefer to step right out of your lobby into the hub, it may not be for you, but we found the location perfect. It gave us the opportunity to see the Amsterdam port in action, watch the barges, there was an extensive walking/cycling trail system right outside our door, and it has a great waterfront patio.

The room was a perfect size for a couple. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever your needs. The view was amazing from our studio. We stayed here for 5 days and they have a laundry facility which was a plus! Just wished there was a balcony. We would stay here again. It's quite a walk to Amsterdam Centraal station.

Rooms and general hotel facilities are in very good condition and clean. Location is good but lacks services nearby, a bit isolated. Staff and service were poor, they just seemed largely ambivalent. One evening the staff just quit serving drinks well before closing and went and sat together on the patio. Server never came back and the bill charged to room wasn’t even ours?!
