This is most definitely not a four star hotel, more like two stars.There were cigarette butts everywhere outside and no ashtrays. There was no way to get room service or food of any kind during the day. The beds were terrible and very uncomfortable. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. I was with my 10 year old and they made me sign a form saying I would not do drugs or prostitution ..Unacceptable for a four star hotel

Unfortunately, our hotel does not provide room service. But we are always at the reception to answer your calls or help you in some other way. As for the form, you had to sign. Those are house rules of the hotel, which every guest has to sign while stay here. It is a classic procedure. Thank you for your feedback, we always appreciate every feedback, so we can do better.

The room was larger than i thought and the bed was extremely comfortable. The stay and the shower was amazing. I didn't like being on the ground floor and expected free toiletries would include body cream, but it only had shower gel and shampoo. Staff was friendly and the hotel was in a covenient area.

It was such an amazing hotel, small but absolutely cozy and warm. The location is great, the hotel itself is surrounded by many restaurants and shops, everything was easily reachable by simply walking. The hotel staff were so kind to us, very welcoming from the first minute until the very last, extremely helpful at all times when any information was needed. Our breakfast was not included yet we loved the fact that the hotel still offers free coffee and snacks in the restaurant area near reception. Overall it was an amazing experience, we were extremely lucky we had the chance to stay in this hotel! Truly recommend it and think it should be rated 5* instead of 4* !

Gute Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Amsterdam! Zu Fuss ins Stadtzentrum ca. 20-30 Minuten oder mit dem Tram, welches direkt vor der Türe fährt. Es hat tolle Brunchmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (Achtung: Es muss meistens vorab reserviert werden). Die Zimmer sind gross mit hohen Decken. Teils ein wenig unsauber und Zustand ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst alles tiptop :)
