Dear Liza, We are always here to help. We always want for our guest to feel comfortable. Also, I would like to say, we are sorry that this wasn't your case. Unfortunately, our hotel does not provide room service. But we are always at the reception to answer your calls or help you in some other way. As for the form, you had to sign. Those are house rules of the hotel, which every guest has to sign while stay here. It is a classic procedure. Thank you for your feedback, we always appreciate every feedback, so we can do better.
