The WIFI went down for several hours in the evening and there is no cellular signal strong enough for data. The only options for food are McDonald’s and your captive restaurant, which has bad expensive food. I should have taken the shuttle back to the airport for the evening for internet and food.

Shuttle was on time every time we used it (stayed here twice in a week). Room was clean, bed was comfy. Check in was super fast and friendly staff. For an overnight stay before or after a late flight, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Best Western plus Amsterdam airport is old and looks run down. The passageways are dimly lit. Only the dining area has a good ambiance and breakfast was good. The heat was not working in the room.

The rooms was big, clean and great. Shuttle to and from airport was a big plus. The front desk staff help was limited. Getting to the airport for early flight when the shuttle was not starting till later the front desk staff gave the option of taxi which would cost $30 never did they tell me that within 5 mins of walking I could pick up public transportation for fraction of the cost. The hotel across staff helped us and told us how to get to the airport for earlier flight. A bit disappointing!

It was fun being within the castle wall Some cobwebs on the ceilings and the bathroom mirror set too high to see self although there was a full length mirror in the bedroom Breakfast was good and staff was friendly
