Very nice looking property but I could not charge my IPHONE because desk charger wouldn’t work. I went down three times and they said it must be my cord and that was after someone came up and checked to no avail. Finally a very nice young lady came with a euro plug and tried it on the desk again to no avail but tried another plug and it worked but yet I used the desk plug to charge 3 others electronics

Hotel doesn't offer the transportation from the terminal to the hotel, which I think would be a better customer service option. Walking distance from the terminal to the hotel is about 10 min (all inside) but after traveling a full day, it would be nice to have an option to be picked up instead of walking with all the luggage.

Air conditioner did not work. Non standard air conditioner control. Only had 0.5, 1, 2,3 degrees centigrade as control. Room temperature was stubborn at 23.5 degrees. Other than that Room was super clean. Breakfast was very good. Access to airport was easy.
