"The hotel were very accommodating as our flight arrived early morning and we couldn't check-in until 14:00. We were able to use all of the hotel facilities whilst we were waiting. This was the same on our departure, as we had a late flight. The staff were fantastic and the hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Only 10min in an Uber from the Airport and 20 minutes to Dubai Mall. Highly recommended. If you are paying for all inclusive, it's important to be aware of the limitations on times as alcohol is only served from 12pm and until 10pm, outside of this you will need to pay, but there is a discount. The pool area is fairly small, we found that if you arrive around 8-9am you'll have no issue getting a lounger. If you arrive later, there is a waiting list policy and the lifeguard will add your name and come get you when one becomes available. This is a great way to manage it and you can have a drink at the pool bar whilst you're waiting!"
