"The room looked lovely, and the bed was comfortable, However, it was a very cold night and the room took a long while to warm up. We could not get any cold water from the tap. There was a laminated sheet giving information for room service but no information on how to use various items in the room. ..."

"I use the hotel whenever I’m travelling north or south as a half way. Usually only arrive and go to sleep. Ive not eaten there yet so can’t comment on the food. Hotel is clean, WiFi decent and bed comfortable. I don’t really use much else. Fits the bill for me and my needs."
