Overall a nice place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Only downfall was that the pool was shut down and the vending machines were broken.

The pool was out of service, as usual. There was no coffee in the lobby after 9AM, and no coffeepot in the room. Breakfast was poor, only waffles or cereal. There was no butter for toast either day.

Was very disappointed when arrived. Went in and checked in. There was a sign sitting on counter that pool was closed because of problems. We would be on 2nd floor and need to take stairs. When got to room the light right inside the door would not turn on light above sink(just inside door). I went down to front desk and they would come look at-if not working would get different room. Couldn’t get light to work so said would get another room. I asked if could have one on first floor. Yes we could have one on first floor. Went to that room-walk in and the smell was bad. Some of the lights in that room didn’t work. Went back to front desk and asked for different room. Give us the room next to the one that smelled. We stayed in that one, however-some lights didn’t work in that room either. The sink didn’t drain well. Very old and bathroom needed help. Black on tub area cracks. This place needs some major up dates. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Bed is ok. Smell of room gets better when you turn air on. Nice people... If you don't mind the constant smell of pakastani food in the hallways, it's ok.

The property was run down. There weren't enough plugs for our things to charge. We had to unplug lights and clock. Place was supposed to have an elevator but it didn't. Shower was wheelchair accessible but the seat was too small for me to sit on. I am an amputee and need to sit. Not sure how they got the good ratings.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. First room was terrible and smelled like cat urine. They moved me to a different room and it was ok. Toilet seat was loose but room was clean.

Check in was uncomfortable. Unsure if the family lives in the hotel? Their child was running around all alone. As for the room: The phone was covered in brown sticky gunk as well as the remote. The toilet did not flush and overall it was not a great experience.

DO NOT book this hotel if you need handicap accessible rooms. They have No elevator to the 2nd floor rooms and hotel area were clean. Front desk staff was pleasant but not exactly the most accommodating person to deal with and a tad ignorant.
