Great breakfast, the air conditioner in our room was very loud, blackout curtains could be better. Small amount of mildew in crevises of shower other wise clean

Only dislike I had was that the property didn't keep any clean towels on hand Everytime I asked they kept saying they are washing. Other than that it was an okay stay I would stay again so it wasn't bad. Enjoyed the pool!!

Hampton Inn is right off the highway for convenient access. Next door is a Wal-Mart and gas station. Great for an overnight stay in a clean and modern hotel on the way home from visiting family.

First let me start with the positive. Our linen was clean and our pillows were comfortable. The desk attendant upon checkin was just rude and not thinking of the customer at all. She had an ear bud in talking to someone even while we were trying to check in. Conversations about clothes shopping and such. We couldn’t tell if she was talking to us or the earpiece. Our room was terrible. There were red/brown stains on the curtains, dried brown material on the outside of the toilet and bathtub, dirty and even a safety pin in the corner of the bathroom, and the toilet paper sat on a shelf because the roll holder was broken. The toilet was wobbly when sitting down also. To top it off, the TV cabinet was busted and broken, the room chair had paint splatter on it, and the smoke alarm had a baggie over it! Reasoning for not talking with the desk staff after discovering these issues is simply because she had made it known that since we booked through a third party there was nothing that she could do to accommodate us further. When these issues were addressed upon checkout by a new staff member she was so kind, apologetic, and concerned. I appreciated the attentiveness when talking with her about our issues.

The breakfast lady was so rude. Would get mad cause people would ask to refill at like 7 there was no food. She needs to be talked to or be replaced period.

The hotel overall was not to good! No ice at the ice station, wifi didn’t work after I asked each day. I will not go back there.

This trip was for a family funeral, I wasn't iimpressed with the cleaning, because it wasn't a daily service unless requested due to COVID effects. But the room supported our needs for the trip.
