Sorry to say that we didn’t like to stay at this property for many reasons 1-air conditioner was making too much noise It was throwing air on our bed so we couldn’t sleep 2-we try to lower the setting but that didn’t work 3-cold water in the shower 4-cocroches running around in the bathroom And when my husband was trying to use one of the towel there was cocroch in the bath towel All this made our experience really bad We came to rest in this hotel after long drive and we couldn’t get any rest which made our rest of drive even harder After placing complaint to manager Yasmin She refund our money and she was very nice to Handel everything She also gave us some points for future use in Marriott but we will see if we will use them after this experience

Place is a little shabby. Smokers stand or sit in the stairwell at the back entrance and you have to walk through a wall of smoke to use that entrance. Plus, there are cigarette butts all over the ground.

This was a great place to spend two nights with two exceptions: no bedside clock and no ice machine. Additionally, surrounding the hotel were apartments and offices but no businesses to walk to for dining or shopping.

Property had a bad odor, some furniture should be in a dumpster not a room, elevators were dirty, and room wasn't ready. I question who else had recently lived there or still occupy.

Rude and inconsiderate GM
I went to extend the next day and there were no rooms online. I think they blooked all the rooms off so they could do a deep clean. I calledhje front desk and they said I could extend directly with them. All of a sudden on day two the manager said she had a problem with my Id/credit card and wouldn't make any exceptions. I finally got a friend to come over and pay with her card/Id. I told the front desk and they told me they would give till 12:30. Went to front desk at 12:20 and they tell me they have no rooms sorry. So rude. I had to scramble to find a room somewhere else. So rude!!

I was put on a floor where there were long term people living. I had to move rooms due to the smell of weed. The room didn’t have hangers, ironing board, the furniture needed to be updated and fire alarm wasn’t present. The staff were very nice though and understanding which I appreciated. I have stayed in many residence inns. This one just didn’t feel the same. The second room was much better. Cleaner and smelled better. Air conditioning was much better in second room.
