Every subsequent stay at this property seems to lowerour options on it. This time for reasons i dont understand, the sink was plumbed backwards with the hot water to the right and the cold to the left. Also for some reason a motion sensor switch was installed in the bathroom area. The problem there is when my wife took a shower early morning, the lights shut off and it caused a bit of a panic since she was not expecting that. Also a bit dangerous being in a wet area that you cant see where it would be safe to step. I believe this will be our last stay here

Spend the extra money and don’t stay here! Our room had a hole in the floor and smelled like someone had smoked in it for the past 30 years then shut the door and turned the heat on! The carpet felt like someone poured milk on it and let it dry. It was disgusting. The whole place stunk like an old man’s butt crack.

Was stuck in portage for the night, and had to find a quick place to stay. I came in with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised with how tidy it was. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and got us into our room quickly. Despite the fact that we checked in late, there were places within walking distance to eat at. If you’re looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay I definitely recommend checking this place out. Only complaint was that it was slightly loud in the morning due to being next to the highway. Other than that this place surpassed my expectations for what it is.

It was a good fit for the purpose we were in town. It met my expectations. Staff is outstanding. The included breakfast was good. The only shortcoming was a lack of ice machine or vending machines on the second floor. A beverage vending could not be found on the premises.

It said they have breakfast, but it was just cereal, little yogurt cups, muffins. All cold stuff. Hotel is old, but clean. Staff is excellent. Very helpful. Location for me was perfect.

The minute we walked in the lobby we knew this place wasn’t for us. It was dungy and dirty. We cancelled on the spot. You have a no cancel refund policy but I seriously could not see us staying at this hotel. I request that Expedia credit my account.

This hotel is dirty, the room smells of a dirty dog, can't access the coffee pot the plug doesn't allow you to pull it out to add water, no extra roll of toilet paper, towels are thin and you only get 2. Went down to get coffee at 8 a.m. and both thermos were empty. There are no ash trays outside so the parking and planters are littered with butts. The Garbage dumpsters were over filled and trash bags on the ground. The noise is from dogs, people shouting and neighbors TV went on throughout the night. Overall it was not worth the money and I do not recommend!!

This hotel lacks cleanliness!!The smell on the second floor in the hallway was Awful it made me want to throw up! No cover on the toilet seat at all!! I would not recommend this facility!!
